I know how to cook a steak perfectly, already. I know how one of the best steak houses in America cooks their steak. I know how different countries prefer to eat their steak. And yet, I don’t mind watching another video about the best way to cook a steak because the end result makes my eyes water with saliva. A gorgeous piece of meat cooked to perfection is one of the most beautiful things to see in this world.
Our friends at Chef Steps makes us permanently hungry for steak in this instructional video that makes the bold (but true!) claim on the best way to cook a steak. Spoiler: It’s sous vide. And it really is the best way.
