Are eggs good or bad for your health? This is a question we often encounter. With so much conflicting information on eggs, it can be difficult to determine whether they are healthy or not. It has been known for some time that eggs are full of cholesterol and eating them increases the risk of cardiovascular disease. New research however contradicts this.
